• Cyberpsychology

General requirements

• A PhD/Master’s in Cyberpsychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, specified as a preference or a requirement for higher-level positions.
• A deep understanding of human behavior in online environments, such as social media, virtual reality (VR), and gaming.
• A proven record of scholarly research and publications in peer-reviewed journals related to cyberpsychology, demonstrating engagement with the academic community and the ability to contribute to the field.
• Experience in conducting empirical research projects in a cyberpsychological context, including skills in data analysis, experimental design, and ethical considerations for online research.
• Experience in teaching courses related to cyberpsychology or other relevant topics, such as cognitive psychology, social psychology of the internet, or the psychology of technology.
• Involvement with professional organizations, such as the British Psychological Society (BPS) Cyberpsychology Section, is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
